The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie 2 Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services to the community.
SASSA is going to be rendering providers like new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.
In a press release, the agency mentioned it's alarmed concerning the superior amount of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The purpose in the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a significant quantity of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.
“This can be due to the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no fully functional office focused on service the area every day. sassa The company level established for intervention encounters a significant influx of likely website beneficiaries, that makes it tough for that Workplace to attend to here all people who pay a visit to a service point.
